Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Gewurztraminer Tilquin à l'ancienne (8.2%) is made from the fermentation of 250 g of Gewurztraminer grapes by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
