A fun frolic with our friends from Rivington. We’ve used our very dependable base of pilsner, wheat and oodles of oats to bring lovely velvety softness to the body of this beer. We’ve tried something fairly new to us with the dry hop, adding Sabro during fermentation to bring about some biotransformation, then adding the remaining dry hop of Citra and Azacca after fermentation. Fresh orange juice and herbal coconut tones mingle with pithy grapefruit and papaya for a zippy, refreshing finish.
