Welcome To The Neighbourhood | West Coast TIPA | 10.5%

Moving to a new place is always a bit daunting but our pals at Cloudwater have made us feel right at home. We teamed up to brew something special. This is our West Coast TIPA. Built on a beautiful, light golden syrup and biscuit base of 100% Weyermann Pilsner malt with lashings of Simcoe in the kettle for a pleasingly bitter orange peel bite. We dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Citra Cryo, Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo. Crisp notes of resinous pine, tangy candied orange and delicate peach skin lead through to a beautifully smooth yet tantalisingly bitter finish.
