Up Front Brewing - Nectar IPA

A big juicy banger of a nectar IPA, double dry hopped with a frankly silly amount of Idaho 7, Cryo Mosaic, and Citra. Co-pitched with Metschnikowia Reukaufii, and London III. M. Reukaufii is a nectar specialist yeast which was isolated from wild flowers where it usually ferments nectar, and performs complex biotransformation reactions to make the flower's aromatic compounds more active, and attractive to bees - it does wonderful things to hop aromatics! Unfined, unfiltered, and 100% Vegan friendly.
