SUDS is a nice and easy Summertime lager. We use a light Pilsner malt base, and get some bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfr?h and Saaz hops in the kettle. Fermented out with S-189 yeast and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for citrus aromas. SUDS for buds
