Wander Beyond - Cellar Series: Vulpes

We carefully selected four beers from our cellar-ageing programme to release this winter. Each beer has developed in it’s own unique way over the extended maturation period. From the first sip, Vulpes bombards you with intense, bitter dark chocolate from the combination of malts, followed by the boozy notes you'd expect from a beer of this calibre. Age has allowed the more nuanced flavours to become more prevalent. Shorter days and lengthening shadows herald quieter times and a chance to relax, reflect and take stock
