Powerful aromas of toasted french oak and warming spirit-booze jump from the glass along with intense banana-bubblegum esters. This ‘beer for keeping’ is a jovial meeting of sturdy flavours - honey-malt sweetness joins big-Saison fermentation character and aromatic oak to deliver a full spectrum of deliciousness in perfect balance. There’s plenty going on here, as you’d hope and expect, delivered with European class and style. As per the usual STF way it’s soft, unctuous, smooth… and dripping with tasteful, seasonal goodness.
